After the critically acclaimed "Memoriam", which gave us a poetic glimpse of the future carried by sound and movement, the team returns with a new, ambitious work. With “Osmosis” they examine our relationship to the reality that surrounds us.
Osmosis – the process that evens out differences through a porous membrane – is both metaphor and method: in an inverted nature the sensory melts into the relational. Musicians and dancers let elements diffuse into one another, so influence, utterance and surrender come to the fore. What remains is the question of what we can truly affect when it comes down to it; like a black sun that mirrors night into day in an attempt to restore balance.
