CPH STAGE Delegate Passes for the Exchange at CPH STAGE and the International Days are now available!
When you buy your ticket for the Exchange at CPH STAGE and the International Days (May 27th-28th), you will receive a Delegate Pass granting you access to our two-days curated program at The Royal Playhouse (Skuespilhuset), a morning snack, lunch, fruits, coffee, and tea throughout both days, selected discounted tickets to the CPH STAGE programme (May 22nd-31st), and access to our online networking platform.

CPH STAGE Delegate Passes from February 1st 2025
We offer discounted tickets for selected performances during the Exchange at CPH STAGE for 18 EUR. Our programme is still in progress. Please keep updated here, on Swapcard, or via our newsletter.
Travel and accommodation: Delegate Passes do not include travel or accommodation.
Discounted tickets: Not all performances during CPH STAGE 2025 (May 22nd–31st) offer discounted tickets. Please check individual event pages on Swapcard for details.
Ticket limits: Each registrant can purchase only one discounted ticket per show.
Wristband: We offer a festival wristband that gives you free access to all the festival's performances that are not sold out on the day. The wristband costs DKK 350. Read more here.
Language: Please note that discounted tickets may be for performances in languages other than English.
No-shows: Refunds are not available for no-shows. This also applies both to Delegate Passes and tickets purchased upon registration.
Substitutions: If you cannot attend, you may nominate an eligible colleague to take your place and Delegate Pass at no extra charge. Requests for substitutions must be emailed to international@cphstage.dk no later than Friday, May 23rd 2025, at 11:00 CET.
